As the leader of the store team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day store operations focusing on customer service, overall store and employee performance.
Assist customers making decisions regarding their project, processing sales transactions and handling inventory.
Creating and maintaining relationships with contractors are the primary duties of outside sales. Identifying target customers, making calls, visiting job sites and assisting customers are ways to establish those relationships.
Along with identifying sales opportunities, the success of kitchen and bath sales is identifying kitchen/bath products to your customer, helping them in the decision making process.
Yard employees help customers by selecting and loading their materials. Every day duties also consist of organizing the Yard/Warehouses and maintaining inventory cycle counts.
As a delivery driver, you will transport loads to customers’ jobsites professionally, safely and on schedule. Drivers are the last team member to handle the sale. It’s important to leave behind a good impression to ensure repeat customer business.
